There are four models on Traditional form of enterprise training institutions:faculty model, customer model, matrix model and corperate univercity mode. Abroad over the past decade, the virtual training organizations in the theory and practice were significant developed. in the domestic organization of the virtual training is still relatively junior, the practical application of business and even more rarely. Virtual training advocated by the principles and operation of the training will give companies low cost, high flexibility and full use of resources, the training effect is remarkable approach to training. At present, accounting for 90% of the total number of enterprises of small and medium enterprises face of increasingly fierce market competition, many enterprises are facing development bottlenecks. Virtual training organizations as the background of virtual enterprise organization appeared a training effect, low operating costs of the new training methods, is to meet the small and medium enterprises operating costs are low, they need for rapid development. It is found that this meeting point, in the current concept of the virtual training organizations in the small and medium enterprises in the application still is inadequate, for the concept of virtual training organizations of small and medium enterprises in China to open up new ways to provide new ideas, to train promote development and enhance-the core competitiveness of SMEs and staff self-learning ability.In this thesis, through three method:literature, business inspection and interviews with experts,proposed a virtual training organization connotation, operating principles, and developed the theory of virtual training organization based on the discussion of predecessors; detailed description the comparative advantage of the virtual training organizations and traditional training organizations; analysis of the use of virtual training organizations for SMEs need and feasibility proposed organizational concept of virtual training mode type in the SME, the advantages and disadvantages of the four types and the selection criteria, the role of the parties involved and the training environment; and effect of transforming of the training methods are proposed.
