The Breakthrough Of The Eastern Mountain County Of Jilin And The Research Of The Issues

County economy takes county administrative area as its geographic space and county administration as its controlling body. It is market-oriented and optimizes the allocation of the resources and a kind of regional economy with regional characteristics and complete function. How to adjust measures to local conditions and arouse initiative and creativity to develop county economy, and cultivate the comparative advantage has great significance to the formation and development of the division of work of the county economy. It is favorable for us to study county economy because we can understand these conditions of intra-county economy, find out some laws of county economy and put forward some advices of further accelerating intra-county economy.In this text,I thoroughly analyze conditions and problems of county economy from eastern mountain areas in Jilin Province. In this foundation, take the county economic theory and the region comparison superiority theory and so on the multi-disciplinary theory as the instruction, proposed some strategies from county economy, takes the many kinds of measures to impel the development of county economy for eastern mountain areas in Jilin Province. Therefore, according to our own conditions, we should choose these models which are fitted to county and are helpful to releasing energy of county economy by adjusting the industrial structure and strengthen the pillars of the status of the tourism industry. We should boost harmonious development by promoting the extension of resources of mining industry, carrying out feature of the economy and broadening the channels to increase income. In this paper, the revitalization of old industrial bases of China's resources against the backdrop of urban economic restructuring, the eastern part of the development of county economic development status for the study of the eastern mountain area of economic analysis of the status of the county, the county economic development focused on the discovery, the relative comparative advantages and its constraints, and the eastern mountain county economic development problems, the mountain county in eastern Jilin Province, the economic development of breakthrough strategies and measures for effective implementation of government economic policy to provide a scientific basis and learn from.In this paper, the main research content is divided into the following sections:The first chapter focuses on the meaning of research background and research to study the ideas and the major research methods, etc;The second chapter of the study involves the relevance of the theory, which focuses on the economic development of our county's successful model, played a theoretical guidance and support the role of theory;Chapter III , do outline about the situation of the county economy of the eastern part of Jilin Province ;and do a analysis of the comparative advantages of the eastern part of Jilin Province, analyze the current status of the economic development of easten mountainous areas of Jilin Province , characteristics and advantages of the existing resources and constraints ;The fourth chapter based on the third chapter's analysis , do further analysis of the five types of economic development of the county economy in Jilin Province in eastern mountain area, each type was represented 1-2 typical county as examples for the analysis; Chapter V is on the breakthrough strategy of the eastern mountain county's economic development of Jilin.
