| Sustainable development is defined as getting benefits from the "generalized assets",in the same time don't damage the interests of future generations to obtain the sustaining benefits,thereby to bring about sustainable levels.As an important component of sustainable development,foreign trade sustainable development refers to a country through the adoption of international trade policy coordination and arrangements,to meet the maximized needs of production,consumption and economic growth,while reducing the ecological environment and natural resources damage to maintain the power of the future economic and social development.Foreign trade sustainable development is the synthesis of green trade and sustainable development,it includes two aspects:First,through fair trade,a country can arrange the production,service,technology and other resources more efficiently in world markets.Through that our generation and the next generation of the country could get the most benefits.Secondly,the other purpose of sustainable development is not damaging the survival and development of the next generation.It means the maximized benefits could be continued from the coordination of foreign trade,to reduce the unnecessary and exorbitant waste of resources and to seek sustainable social and economic development in the world markets.This paper has 5 chapters.Chapter 1 indicates the background and research purposes of foreign trade sustainable development.As the NO.1 developing country and a major trading power of the world,China has many problems and contradictions, and faces a series of tough challenges.The practice of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia is still at an early stage.China has a crucial position in the world trade, making the foreign trade sustainable development of China has an important influence in Northeast Asia.In this paper,Literature Review comes from internal and external aspects,and the major domestic summaries include two perspectives:the study of foreign trade sustainable development,as well as the relation of the foreign trade sustainable development and regional cooperation.Chapter 2 describes the basic theory of the foreign trade sustainable development first of all.From the angle of economy,the origin and concept of sustainable development are defined by author.There is followed by the introduction of the correlation theory of sustainable development,and then expounding the concept and basic characteristics of foreign trade sustainable development.The basic characteristics include the objective of sustained economic growth,the means of opening up to the outside world and international trade,the requirements of global economic integration,and the product of reconciling contradictions between economic growth and environment.Finally,this part analyzes the inevitability of China's foreign trade sustainable development on the implementation,and foreign trade sustainable development of global economic integration is an inevitable trend, which is the objective requirement and important manifestation of China's basic national policy.It is also China's the necessary approach to participate in international division of labor,and the inevitable way of China's economic growth and social progress.Chapter 3 introduced the situation of China's foreign trade sustainable development.It includes the rapid growth of China's foreign trade volume;the optimization of commodity structure,the advancement of the international division of labor;the diversification trend of the foreign trade market has been gradually formed. At the same time,this part analyzes the problems of China's foreign trade sustainable development and their causes,mainly in three aspects:the irrational structure of foreign trade,and the export ineffectiveness;the enormous pressure of adverse environment effect from extensive export growth;the trade barriers and friction increase.Finally,the capability of China's foreign trade sustainable development is evaluated,which increase gradually.After the unrest of the serious experience from 1998 to 2001,China improve the original extensive mode of production and trade,and start to pay more attention to the harmony of environment and socioeconomic development,instead of going after GDP sightlessly.Chapter 4 reveals China's foreign trade sustainable development interaction between the cooperation in Northeast Asia,which could help each other forward.This part explain the impact of China's foreign trade sustainable development have significant effects on the cooperation in Northeast Asia,including the next four areas: promoting the establishment of the cooperative order in Northeast Asia;sub-regional cooperation provides an impetus to the integrated regional economic cooperation; promoting the environmental cooperation in Northeast Asia;promoting energy cooperation in Northeast Asia.The establishment of the cooperation order mainly from inter-industry cooperation and processing trade,science and technology cooperation,institutional arrangements in Northeast Asia.Chapter 5 reveals how to achieve China's foreign trade sustainable development under the framework of cooperation in Northeast Asia.This part covers four parts: promoting circular economy,adjusting the mode of trade growth;accelerating the softening of the industrial structure and promoting the development of eco-industries; breakthrough green trade barriers,developing green trade and optimizing the product structure;seeking energy cooperation in the cooperation of Northeast Asia.The second one as noted above mainly relies the establishment of laws,regulations about foreign trade sustainable development,and increases the circular economy technology research to achieve.The third one needs the "green products" product development of export-oriented enterprises,simultaneously to develop green trade,combined with policy support for green products related to the development,production and trade. |
