Circular Economy Trade Development Model Transformation

Since reform and opening to the world,China's foreign trade development has made remarkable achievements and it has made tremendous contributions to China's economic development.However,now China's trade development model still have these extensive features, such as "export first","export priority","quantity and size is important,quality and efficiency is not important" and "more consumption of resources,not friendly to the environment". Therefore,when china's foreign trade is stimulating the rapid growth of economic,the problems of China's trade development model should be realized.For example:the main way to export oriented processing trade;main export enterprises to foreign-funded enterprises mainly;the main export growth model is mode of extensive quantitative expansion-oriented growth;too big export surplus and so on.On the one hand,there are many companies including foreign-funded enterprises in the resource-intensive or pollution-intensive production and exports,on the other hand,quite a number of enterprises can not meet the stringent international mainstream market green standards and be of lower international green competitiveness.These problems to a most extent,exacerbates the conflict between China's trade and the environments,reflected the unsnstainable of China's foreign trade development model and could not conform to our country taking a new road to industrialization demands.Therefore,the paper first introduces the theory of circular economy and export-oriented foreign trade development strategy of developing countries,which are the theoretical background.And then on the basis of anglicizing characteristics of China's current trade development model and the causes,it demonstrates the reasons for the non-sustainability,and discussed the possibility of changing of the model;and it also from the perspective of enterprises promotes the transformation of China's trade development model through the development of circular economy.Finally,the paper describes the relationships of the circular economy,new Road to industrialization and trade development mode transformation.The article employs many methods such as qualitative and quantitative analysis and makes systematic research on trade strategy,which is expected to make some contribution to China's trade theory and practice to achieve the objective of being a trade great power in the world.
