A Study On Constructing Competitive Edge Of Enterprises From Business Ecosystem Angle

Economic globalization,competition getting intense,relaxing control over the economy,development of information technology and science and technology as well as diversification of consumers' demands today make businesses' competitive environment increasingly complicated and dynamic and expand continuously.The environment with which businesses face is becoming increasingly complicated and variable,competition with which the individual businesses confront and the pression being adapted to the environment constantly enlarge,but the flexbility,rapidity and other advantages the individual businesses possess in the competition originally will get more and more inevident.Businesses are very difficult to compete with other union enterprises by means fo their own strength.They must reconstruct competitive advantages by relying on business ecosystem.This paper induces,summerizes and makes study of the related documents regarding the path acquiring internal and external competitive advantages,puts forward for the first time that businesses should produce evolutional individuals adapted the environmental changes so as to enable them to be suitalbe to the requirement of systematic evlolution by employing r strategy in the light of uncertainty of environment in the course of system development based on combining relative theories and domestic scholars' research achievements regarding business ecosystem,as well as should obtain an unique eclological an leading positions in the system finally on the basis of superiorities in innovation of constructing business ecosystem and fine division of labor and cooperation.Secondly,this paper also constructs 9-grid model composed of nine factors including three dimensions such as systematic,businesses developments and cyclic dimension to choose business ecosystem.And the entrance of business ecosystem chiefly conducts reserch into the strategy that should be taken and selection of method after businesses enter the ecosystem as well as their behaviors in different stages of development after coming into the ecosystem.Finally this paper also raises the time of exiting ecosystem and selection of system innovation and businesses innovative strategy on the basis of the ecosystem to be referred to as businesses exit business ecosystem,and life cycles of businesses and products.This paper deepens the theorectical study of business ecosystem theorectially and is of theorectical and practical significance in providing practical guidelines for enterprises in choosing business ecosystem and dealing with changes in systematic environment as well as how to constructing competitive advantages based on business ecosystem.
