With the change of Chinese electric power supply and demand situation,the extent and pace of construction has been constant adjustment and the transmission and transformation designing market continue to follow the ups and downs also.In this paper, the author will come up with his opinions about how to from Henan electric power transmission and transformation designing company market development strategy that can adapt to new situation at present and how to guarantee to carry out the target.For the practice of application papers,this paper based on the environmental analysis and strategic management theory,in-depth study through electric power transmission and transformation designing company external environment and internal situation,analysis of the company summed up the major external opportunities and threats,found that the company's internal strengths and weaknesses.Based on the analysis of the result of the SWOT matrix,QSPM matrix and combined enterprise vision and strategic objectives and put forward the implementation of growth strategies and the implementation of the strategy should pay attention to the problem.
