This essay is based on the data from A-share listed companies of Shenzhen Stock Exchange between 2003 and 2006 after the theoretic study.Information disclosure evaluation results of Credit Files is chosen as the independent variable while the comprehensive performance score as the dependent variable to verify the correlation between transparency of accounting information and operation performance of the listed companies.And the research shows that there is a positive correlation between them and enhancing the transparency of accounting information can improve operation performance of the listed companies.Then the correlation of corporate governance and operation performance is also proved.At last,we conclude it with some suggestions on how to improve the transparency of accounting information.
