Research On The Risk Management Of Grid Project Financial Leasing In Operation Period

This paper firstly analyses the risk of grid project financial leasing in operation period from the perspective of the lessor and identified the main risk factors in that period.A risk evaluation index system was established,then the author respectively evaluates the risk of grid project financial leasing in operation period using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP and ANP method and compares the results.Then assuming the grid project finance leasing was widely conducted,risk comprehensive evaluation model was established based on rough set and grey relevance. Finally,the author puts forward measures to deal with various risks in accordance with the characteristics of various risks.The research method of this paper can provide reference for lessor of grid project financing lease in risk assessment and control,and it has some reference value for the leasing company.
