Post evaluation is an important tache of item,and it works indispensably in the item management.It has an important meaning to increase the benefit of investment.The relevant theories and methods of post-elevation are not very elaborate.Some adopted methods in practice have a good many abuses.Presently methods of project post-evaluation mostly aim at cosmically project,so it is especially important to offer a sort of simple and applied method of project post-evaluation.In this paper,the writer studied the process evaluation,based frondose target system of evaluation.By combining self practice,carry through practical app to the rebuild project of boiler's heater which heat secondry wind,bring forward strong method of project post-evaluation in practicability and science which adpt to Chinese situation.Especially it has directive effect for fit or small project post-evaluation which doing for change equipment and system and it will use for reference to other analogous projects.
