The Analysis And Evaluation Of Rural Power Substation Project Comprehensive Benefits In China

Because of the National power investment-oriented and backbone power grid construction over the years,the construction of rural power grids has not placed enough emphasis,with the result that rural power grids are very weak.So the State Council propose the three major objectives which are reform of agricultural electricity management system,transformation of rural power grids and implementation of urban and rural in same grids and with same price.In the new round of rural power grid construction and transformation process,how to analyse and evaluate the overall efficiency of agricultural electric project,will have great practical significance.In this paper,according to the characteristics of rural power substation projects,analyse the economic and financial efficiency of substation projects in rural areas,the technology and equipment,as well as social benefits,put forward a comprehensive benefits substation project evaluation indicators,then use of the combination of AHP method and entropy weight to determine the indicators' weights,give a calculation model for index quantification.Finally,analyse and evaluate an actual case of 35KV substation project,and give the relevant conclusions and recommendations based on the results.
