| Rural power grid is an indispensable component of the grid of our country. Especially in the last few years, big industries have gradually moved to the rural areas and the pace of urbanization has grown faster than ever before. On these premises, rural electricity consumption is growing rapidly and has taken up more than50%of the total electricity consumption; meanwhile, the consumption is still increasing. However, rural power grid has problems of weak foundation, out-of-dated equipment and funding shortage. In the current situation of rapid development of Chinese intelligent grid construction, the main objective of the new century’s rural power grid is to strengthen the construction of strong intelligent grid, which is also necessary for the coordination of the rural power grid and other power grids at all levels.Faced with the main problems of rural power grid, the present situation and tendency of home and current situation of intelligent grid construction, and the current situation of Yanshi rural power network in Henan province, the author proposed a project of strengthening110kv intelligent network upgrading process and improving the voltage level of the safe and stable operation and power supply reliability based on the problems of weak foundation of power supply equipment, rapid growth of industrial electricity consumption and capital inadequacy. This project designed a feasible110kv intelligent substation construction scheme and also posed a significant construction scheme for the substation intellectualization construction in this region.Through this example, this thesis not only did research on the Chinese rural power grid intelligent upgrading model, showed the national intelligent grid achievements but also imbued into people the advanced concepts of strengthening intelligent grid in order to improve the level of intelligent network and promote the healthy and orderly development of rural intelligent grid. |
