In recent years,with Chinese economic development and the market economic system continuously improved,the electric power has more and more influence on people's life and market competition.In order to compete in a low-cost position,some enterprises with huge power consumption begin to look for other forms of energy,or consider setting up owned power plant to reduce cost.In-depth study of electrical customer loyalty,establish long-term and stable relationships with customers,is the only way for power supply enterprises develop in a changing market.This paper discuss the principle and characteristics of the PLS,and its feasibility for customer loyalty based on customer loyalty theory.Setting a proper model for power supply enterprise,then form a knowledge gap model based on customer loyalty.Do survey design and empirical research for the power supply enterprise customer loyalty.After PLS analysis, determine factors which impact on customer loyalty,combined with knowledge gaps analysis model to determine the path that customer loyalty be impacted with customer knowledge. With specific circumstances of power supply enterprises,this paper identify the type of customer loyalty gaps,analysis the reason for the gaps and provides a reference for reducing the gap.
