Agile supply chain came forth with agile manufacturing and dynamic alliance. Agile supply chain should be restructured and adjusted rapidly along with the reconfiguration or disorganization of the dynamic alliance, which should meet the developmental requirement of global market competition and individual user. Since the parter enterprises of agile dynamic alliance are the distributed, self-interested and autonomous entities, Negotiation decision system of agile supply chain became the hot research topics because of the distributed, flexible, complicated and dynamic process of negotiation decision and establishment of symbiosis in the agile supply chain. Multi-agent system (MAS) has the good advantages in modeling, coordinating and controlling the agile supply chain, which improves the agile supply chain management system a lot. The right Agent negotiation mechanism should be introduced to the dynamic alliance, which can come to an available agreement quickly, restructure the agile supply chain adaptively, and improve the whole performance effectively. The main contents of this dissertation can be specified as follows:(1)The negotiation decision process is analyzed completely using Nash Equilibrium and such related game theory, and then the symbiosis of agile supply chain is established with negotiation. Through negotiation, the partner enterprises of dynamic alliance constitute an agile supply chain, which can not only reduce"Bullwhip Effect", but also bring the positive structure effect. Adding the scale effect, it can make the system emerge some new characters continuously, which can improve the payoff and competence of the agile supply chain.(2)A multi-agent, multi-attribute, multi-issue and multi-level comprehensive evaluation model based on fuzzy logic is presented. When discussing how to select the partner, since the imprecise and subjective negotiation indexes are used in the real negotiation progress inevitably, an alterable negotiation model based on the constitution of parter's enterprises evaluation index system is presented, which is a multi-agent, multi-attribute, multi-issue and multi-level evaluation model that is even more universal and practical. What's more, the customer's preference can be defined with changing the negotiation indexes'weights. If the preference is deferent, the same proposal's value is deferent, which makes the above evaluation model meet the user's preference of the negotiation impact factor.(3)An individual decision algorithm based on fuzzy utility function is presented.
