As a country with large scale of manufacturing, automobile manufacturing industry is of great importance to China. With the trend of globalization, Chinese automobile industry has to participate in the division and collaboration inevitably. As a developing country in automobile industry, China is in the position of accepting the industry's transferring from developed country. On one hand, the innovation towards marketization, constitution of open economy, special comparative advantage, late-development advantage, and comparatively perfect industrial system, match with the demands of multinational corporations, which are cost reduction, profit maximum, making good use of global resource, scale economics, extending market share, and establishing global competitive strategy. What's mentioned above expedites the industrial transferring from developed country to China. On the other hand, owing special location advantage, China provides lower cost in global market and large demand of products, which attracts the global transfer. Meanwhile, the global transfer has greatly expanded the choice of product in Chinese market, increased the diversity of consumption, and improved the economic welfare.No matter viewed from the GDP development, or viewed from industrial development, it is necessary to study the strategy of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry's internationalization, and to develop Chinese automobile manufacturing industry standing on the global angle of view.The article targets to study the strategy of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry's internationalization. First, the article analyzes the background of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry, analyzes the status of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry basing on demonstration study by dealing with mass data. Then the article analyzes the international competitive capability by quality and quantity. On one hand, using value chain theory analyzes the sourcing of value in automobile industry, and using diamond theory analyzes international competitive capability from every possible aspects. On the other hand, the article builds evaluating system, to analyze international competitive capability from the indexes of exporting market share, RCA, TC and the comparation between different countries. The article studies the industry organizing status using SCP theory, and forecasts the automobile market trend basing on the analysis of market structure and market behavior. Finally, the article combines strategic clustering matrix and Chinese automobile manufacturing industry, and further using strategic clustering matrix in the international environment, drawing out the strategy of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry's internationalization.
