The automobile industry is a leading industry of our country, which have mainly influence on whole national economy. However, the Chinese auto industry which protected by the tariff and quota management system are very weak. So study these questions are getting more important: the impact on competitiveness of our auto industry, the plus and minus influence, the environment and the policies of using foreign capitals. This subject not only has a theory meaning, but also has a realistic meaning.Before China being a member of WTO, the foreign capitals from such as General, Ford, Toyota, VW, Honda et al. had been introduced into Chinese auto industry based on their global management strategies, and the foreign capitals accounted for over 40% in all Chinese auto capitals in 2005.
