With the further development of economic globalization, integration, most enterprises become to choose internationalization management. As a country’s comprehensive national strength and an important leading industry overall competitiveness, the level of its international competitiveness is one of the important indices for China’s comprehensive competitiveness. In world markets, there are many competitive Chinese communications equipment manufacturers, such as Huawei, to correct the competitiveness of Chinese communication equipment manufacturing industry system of evaluation and analysis is particularly important.This paper simply introduces the related concepts of enterprise internationalization, industrial competitiveness and basic theory. We analyze the internationalization of Chinese communication equipment manufacturing industry development present situation and the characteristic. And on the basis of real competitiveness index system mainly from industry and communication industry competitive potential evaluation system, evaluate the international competitiveness of China’s communication industry. Then we analyze the international developments of Huawei. Then we use the SWOT analysis method for the internationalization of management to conduct a comprehensive analysis on China. That indicates the direction to find a suitable for their development path. In the end, we analyze internationalization strategy of Huawei, so as to make the communication in our country manufacturing industry find reference. And further we pointed out that to speed up the pace of our communication manufacturing internationalization countermeasure and the suggestion.
