Application Research On MIS Exchange System Reconstruction Project Based On PMC

In this paper,Review of common management model based on the study of the PMC management model,including its concept,classification,characteristics,work and management processes,and the traditional model and compared,and the exchange of engineering combined with the actual power plant MIS situation,given the project management based on the PMC model the exchange of new MIS system management program.Actual results show that,PMC Project Management model used in exchange MIS system is a reasonable and effective.Through this paper,both in theory and practice to improve and optimize the exchange of the MIS management system to improve management efficiency and effectiveness,but also for the future of the enterprise information construction and project management,provides a good reference.
