| The expressway was paid attention by the countries all over the world with such characteristics as it's fast,safe,comfortable and economic.With the fast development of social economy,the growth rate of expressway traffic volume is nearly two numbers,so the reconstruction and extension of expressway is urgently.The expressway is often in the area where transportation arterial highways and traffic skeletons stays,so,the reconstruction and extension project can only be taken while the express is open to the traffic.This model not only affects the road safety during reconstruction,also hinders the progress of implementation,this paper combines the characteristics of the highway expansion project management and basic knowledge of suitable highway reconstruction project management model.The paper takes xi-an to the tong-chuan expressway reconstruction project management as the backing,From the view of engineering point,give the connotation of the highway reconstruction,highway management system has a significant impact for project management, therefore,to study the existing highway of different management style,in this basis,propose reconstruction management and organizational model.Quality management,schedule management,cost management has been the main points of project management,combined with changes in the characteristics of the reconstruction project,from the practice of project management,has done a preliminary study to the three major objectives for the conflict between the participants,set up the perspective of the concept of collaborative research between the three main control objectives of the relationship between the unity of opposites, and to achieve a harmonious balance of the project management activities to achieve the best results.Through this project research,to expressway project management theoretically and in actual operation certain inspiration thus reduces the project cost,enhances the project management efficiency and the project quality. |
