The Performance Analysis On M&A Of Chinese Electric Listed Company

With the further reform of electric power industry,the industry integration of our country is accelerated;a big wave of merger and acquisition has taken place among electric power enterprises.Whether these acts of merger and acquisition can improve the performance of listed companies,we need result of empirical study to explain it.in this article,accounting indexes method is used to test the performance of the listed companies in the Chinese electric industry that have been acquired due to merger and acquisition in recent years,and a overall performance summary is conducted to the merger and acquisition of listed electricity industry companies.Through data analysis got the conclusion that ther performance of the electricity industry listed companies did not achieve the desired level after mergers and acquisitions.Finally,with reason analysis this article makes a few observations from the pre merger planning,post-merger integration point of view,in order to do some help to policy-makers.
