Adjust And Research The Organizational Structure Of Shenyang Power Supply Company

Shenyang Power Supply Company is a large national enterprise.There exist organizational structure and Production Management problems in context of the broken of monopolization in power supply industry and the shift from a seller's market to a buyer's market.In the bases of literature review we analyze the case of organizational structure in Shenyang Power Supply company,basing on enterprise organizational theory and the demand of our enterprise we discuss the problem of organizational structure in Shenyang Power Supply company at the condition of Socialist Market-oriented Economy in context of reform and development in the power industry.And in this thesis,three projects about adjustment of organization structure and optimization of flow was advanced.
