Industrial cluster has been paid extensive attention by many researchers and government decision organs because of its strong competitiveness and active participation by medium and small enterprises.Under industrial cluster circumstances,driven by external stress of competitiveness and internal demand,medium and small enterprises are distributed to refined division of labors around core enterprises;integrate the steps of supply,manufacture,distribution and retail,become a network organization,which is called cluster supply chain,by several single crossed supply chains.Cluster supply chain enlarges operational uncertainty and risk of cluster enterprises for complicated relationship between supply chain nodes,along with enormous benefit for cluster enterprises.Ignored the potential risk,especially stock uncertainty and risk,it may lead to tremendous loss to supply chain and industrial cluster.This essay,firstly,introduces the related methods of cluster supply chain,elaborates the difference and affiliation between supply chain risk and cluster supply chain risk,identifies cluster supply chain risk and its category,analyzes the transferring and controlling of risk between different risks system based on fundamentals of system.Secondly,discusses the reasons and category of stock risk of cluster supply chain in detail,obtains the whole stock risk of cluster supply chain by the method of matrix.In fifth chapter,it brings forward lead-time risk transfer algorithm,identities nodes of risk bottle-neck,and establishes appraising criterion and its controlling measures.Meanwhile,it establishes lead-time risk adjustment and optimizing model, analyzes its feasible solution and obtains optimized controlling measures.After setting up lead-time risk controlling model,it sets a detailed example to explain the model.At last,the sixth chapter represents concept of stock deviation risk,its estimating method and transfer algorithm between crossed chains and within single chain,then discusses its different transfer directions and routes,and advances suggestions about controlling stock deviation risk by analyzing an assumed example.
