In recent years,RMB appreciation and price increases become the focus of the two major concern.For the relationship of RMB exchange rate and domestic price level,domestic and foreign scholars have already done a lot of research,there are also different views.Through the collection of relevant domestic and international data, use econometric model-treat analysis,calculate the exchange rate for the domestic prices of the transfer coefficient,concluded:Short term exchange rate fluctuations will not affect the price level,only long enough time on domestic prices will have an impact,Data calculated using the exchange rate of China's domestic prices of the smaller transfer coefficient.Therefore,the current domestic price increases should not be attributed to excessive speed of the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate changes on the domestic price impact not obvious.
