The Proper Social Security Level Of Shanxi

Proper benefit level can promote economic development .Based on the basic theories of social security and from the macro view of expenditure, this paper inspects the factors which affect the social security level , summarizes characters of the social security in shanxi province by comparing with other provinces, researches the relationship and interaction between social security and economic development. This paper also judges the proper level of social security in shanxi province by using the model of measuring proper social security level. At last, this paper puts forward some suggestions in order to sustain the proper level of social security system.
