The Research Of Logistics Cost Management Of Automobile Manufacturer

Modern logistics had been referred to after the labor, natural resources as "third profit source," and guarantee the realization of the key source of profit is to reduce logistics costs. Logistics Cost Management is through auto production and business activities .It is the key target of whether the production and operation of enterprises could be achieved , it is the symbol of enterprise management and competitive capacity of a country. China's automobile production and management level of logistics in the car lags far behind developed countries , it has a direct impact on the profitability of China's auto enterprises and competitiveness. So , the improvement of automobile manufacturers ' management level of logistics costs is imperative.This article is applying modern management of logistics costs theory, a combination of standardized analysis and empirical analysis methods. First, analysis China's automobile production and logistics costs for enterprises . And also analysis the status of automobile manufacturers logistics cost management and the problems that exist. Then on this basis , put up with China's auto manufacturers to optimize logistics cost control, namely : material purchase cost control, transport cost control, inventory cost control, along with logistics costs control. And the final from the enterprise and the government 's perspective put forward China's automobile manufacturers logistics cost management measures. This paper seeks to explore the reasonable way to reduce logistics costs of China's auto manufacturers, and provide operational reference dicision program of china's auto manufacturers logistics cost management .
