With the integration of the world economy, and the movement of the world manufacturing center to China, automobile manufacture enterprises of China are facing greater opportunities and challenges. Therefore, under the condition of limited input, reducing production costs and enhancing competitiveness is becoming more and more urgent. Furthermore, the most effective ways to reduce the cost of production is optimizing logistics system and reducing logistics costs to lower the cost of production. The following main problems exist in the automobile logistics of China: it's (1)high cost and low service, (2) lack advanced manage mode and idea, (3)low information degree, (4)not a mature market, (5)lack uniform standard system, (6) low cognition to third logistics. The paper analyzed supply logistics, production logistics and distribution logistics of automobile manufacture enterprises, and bring forward corresponding optimizing route, based on optimization theory of logistics system and combining production characteristic of automobile manufacture enterprises. There is a emphasis on analyzing production logistics of a company in the paper and designing a set of new production logistics project for a fitting shop of it. After using new production logistics project, the fitting shop can assemble finished products more 35208. It not only increased utilizing rate of equipment and production efficiency, but also obvious reduced logistics cost. These analysis and corresponding optimizing route to automobile manufacture enterprises have definite reference value for other small and middle automobile manufacture enterprises, as well as be worth for other industry.
