Research On Financial Management Problems Of Enterprise Groups

Enterprise groups are playing a critical role in the development of Chinese economy, and the quality height of their financial management will decide their prosperity and decline directly. However, with the expansion of enterprise groups and the extension of corresponding investment levels, high requirement to their financial management was put forward. But now there is not a theory system about financial management of enterprise groups, which cannot catch up with the development of the groups. Consequently, how to strengthen the financial management of the groups becomes an urgent problem both to the groups and to the research. It is provided with important significance of theory and praxis.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the current situation of enterprise groups in our country. Secondly, it is introduced the multi-level relations of entrusting-deputizing,and the author establishes the mode of financial management, which divides layers and powers. After that, the article gives the explanation to the noticeable function of the member meeting and the council and the special status of group company in enterprise groups, then it concluded that the key of groups'financial management is in group company's level. Finally, from the angle to solve the questions of financial management in enterprise groups, the paper has designed the government structure of group company, which is scientific and effective, and it also discussed the problems of capital financing and management in enterprise group.In the last chapter, the author explains how to use the results presented in the paper to analyze practical problems with a case of H Enterprise group, and put forward some advices to it, which are also useful to other enterprise groups.
