Study On The Optimization Of Enterprise Capital Centralized Management Of JL Group

Capital management is the core of modern enterprise management,each process through the enterprise production and management activities.The enterprises can only improve their own financial management ability of,improve the efficiency of capital and control risk at the same time.The enterprises enable to compete for both survival and development in the fierce market.In recent years,our country economy presents " China's New Normal ".It is particularly important as a private enterprise improve the ability of capital management in the fierce competition.JL group as a private enterprise base in the northeast old industrial area,improve the capital management ability has a very important reference other private enterprises at the same area.In this paper,the JL group in the actual work of the capital management practice as the research object,the use of system analysis and case studies of the combination of research methods,the JL group's capital management conducted a comprehensive in-depth study.JL as a group from the traditional freight forwarding industry developed,benefiting from China's rapid economic development and the rapid growth of the private sector,there is a typical problem: on the one hand,due to the rapid growth of enterprises,to maximize the efficiency of capital use in the risk control on the basis of the enterprise is the most urgent needs of the other;subject to the system,personnel,and other problems,the existing enterprise financial management capacity cannot meet the needs of enterprises.Based on the author's personal experience,interview relevant personnel funds management in the whole process,and the JL group to sort out the fund management system and current business process,according to the JL group fund management problems and contradictions,to sum up the reasons,and puts forward in the establishment of settlement center based solutions on a series of countermeasures.The first chapter of this paper discusses the purpose and significance of capital management and puts forward the research framework and methods of this paper.The second chapter mainly from the perspective of financial management,capital management,and enterprise groups related concepts,domestic and foreign capital management theory and capital management,model.The third chapter,based on the theoretical analysis,the JL group as the research object,analysis method through the combination of theory and case,a complete introduction and analysis of its capital management activities and problems in the current situation of the capital management of JL group.In the fourth chapter,the author puts forward the optimization scheme of JL group's fund management.In the sixth chapter,the effect of the optimization scheme is predicted.Through the study of this paper,we hope to help improve the level of the company's capital management,but also hope to be able to have a certain reference value for domestic and similar companies.
