The Study On The Management Of Coal Resource Of Shanxi

Shanxi is affluent of coal resources. The coal resources rational development and use in the province's economic development plays a pivotal role in Shanxi. This passage mainly discusses the problem that how the government manages coal resources of Shanxi. Part VI is the core issue and makes measures to perfect management of Shanxi's coal resources, which involving three aspects: first is to understand the allocation of resources in the coal, the division of labor of government and market, namely the responsibility that government have promised on the management of coal resources; Second, the government should set up the departments to carry out the management of coal resources functions. third is a reasonable division of the coal management functions, lucid rights obligations.
