Research On Influencing Factors And Guiding Policies Of Dalian Residents' Energy Conservation Behavior

With the rapid development of Dalian's economy,the contradiction is becoming serious between the energy supply and the development of economy and society.And energy problem has been the deep level factors restricting the advance of Dalian.It requires a energy conservation society where all the members have consensus for energy conservation and everyone start it from themselves.The dissertation first based on the literature review of residents' energy conservation behavior,summarizes main influencing factors of residents' energy conservation behavior: concern,habitual mentality,promotion and education,social norms,economic factors and policy factors.Through the survey on Dalian residents,with statistics analysis,the study proves the relationship between residents' energy conservation behavior and it influencing factors,and then draws the conclusion:concem,habitual mentality and social norms are in tum the most important predicting factors for Dalian residents' energy conservation behavior. Second,the dissertation summarizes the relevant guiding policies for residents' energy conservation behavior home and oversea.Based on the summery,it proposes the guiding policies for Dalian residents' energy conservation behavior,which are to strengthen and popularize the promotion system for energy conservation,strengthen fiscal motivation and restriction policies,increase the direction for the social norms and build the regulation system for residents' energy conservation.The dissertation regards Dalian residents as the study object,discuss the main influencing factors for residents' energy conservation behavior and analyze their relationship, summarize the theories and practices of the guiding policies for residents' energy conservation behavior in China and other countries.It provides a set of scientific analysis tools and theoretical foundation for finding out and improving the key factors and ways of Dalian residents' energy conservation behavior and further making guiding policies.
