The dairy industry is an indispensable part of the agricultural development,and its level of development is an important index to measure the modernization degree of the development of national agricultural.In the past thirty years,the dairy industry in China has been in the stage of rising,which has made remarkable achievements.As early as 2010,China's dairy products were ranked third in the world,next to India and the United States,which marked that China had been among the world's largest dairy industries.Nevertheless,the per capita consumption of dairy products per year in China is greatly lower than the world average,which shows that the dairy industry in China still has a lot of space for growth.In a promising future,there are a large number of leading enterprises in China's dairy industry,such as Yili,Mengniu,Guangming,Sanyuan,Feihe and so on.With the change of product structure,China's dairy industry has rapidly developed into a modern food manufacturing industry with full range of products and advanced technology and equipment.In spite of the rapid development of China's dairy industry,there are still many problems: the national dairy farmers “milk cow killing” and the dairy farmers exiting happened in 2008 centrally reflected that there was no effective regulation mechanism among all the nodes enterprises in China's dairy supply chain,and the uneven distribution of profits has become the biggest obstacle that restricts the development of China's dairy industry.In this kind of industry environment,this paper analyzes the existing profit distribution pattern of dairy supply chain in China,and uses the method of combining theory and data to judge the irrational of profit distribution.On this basis,starting from the perspective of cooperative game,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the risk sharing and to amend the traditional Shapley value with the cost input so as to make the profit distribution pattern.It has been optimized and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for rationalizing profit distribution in China's dairy supply chain.The specific contents are as follows: firstly,the present situation of dairy industry in China is briefly described,the theme,purpose and significance of the study are drawn out with the phenomenon of “milk slaughter and cattle killing” and the withdrawal of scattered households.The literature on the supply chain of dairy products,the stakeholders of dairy supply chain and the distribution of the supply chain are summarized,and the contents and methods of this paper are put forward;elaborate the concepts and theoretical foundations related to this research;preliminarily analyze the profit distribution pattern of supply chain with the data of China's dairy industry from 2012 to 2015;based on the characteristics of dairy products and the characteristics of the cost and benefit of the stakeholders,considering the risk bearing and the operating cost input,the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis are combined to discuss the problem of the profit distribution in the dairy supply chain in our country,put forward its unreasonable and analyze the reasons for the formation of this irrationality;starting from the perspective of cooperative game,on the basis of Shapley,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)are used to quantify the risks faced by the stakeholders in the dairy supply chain,and to calculate the risk factors,and to amend the traditional Shapley value based on the operating cost input factor,and to establish the dairy supply based on the revised Shapley value;on the basis of previous studies,finally put forward suggestions for improving the current situation of the profit distribution of dairy supply chain in China.
