Research On The Coordination Development Between Geopark And Society-economic Of Dependency

Geopark is an effective way to protect geological remains, since early 2001 to build the first batch of National Geological Park, the construction of geoparks has gone through about eight years in our country, from academic research to practice operation must have made achievements, but the blind explore, the lack of protection and management system restricts the development of geological parks in a large extent, especially when the economic benefits and functions of geoparks make a conflict, local governments often only consider the former. therefore how to coordinate the relationship between the protection and utilization of geoparks become the focus of the study questions. Through access to domestic published in 2000-2008 about the geoparks literature, found that most of the papers about the conservation and utilization of geoparks coordination are from the geological park itself which study China national Geopark overall system or individual geoparks samples exist questions, suggestions or come up with strategies and develop model. But from the view of system theory, geoparks should be the subsystem of their dependency area system, two of them is inextricably linked, both protection and utilization of geoparks contradictions or its management system with the lack of territorial is closely related to the society-economic system of the area. So considering this, research of geoparks should focus on the context of territorial regional society- economic systems, jumped out geoparks to study geoparks, and this point of view which from a regional perspective to study is devoid of research on Geopark. this paper research on the coordination of Liujiang geoparks and its dependency's society-economic system is a theory and practice of innovation, and enrich the theoretical study of geoparks.Qinhuangdao Liujiang National Geopark is approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources officially as the second batch of National Geological Park in 2002, with a total area of about 240km2, mainly consist of geological remains landscape areas, landscape areas of physiognomy and human history of the landscape zone. Geosites Landscape Area (protected areas) is the main part of the park which is Liujiang basin, is a rare set of typical stratotype section, fossils and geological structures acting as one of the "natural geological museum," which are the first geological survey teaching practice base. This paper focus on the landscape area for its geological remains and its dependency FuNing county, mainly conducted the following research areas: (1) Reference with evaluation of tourism resources, geological resources evaluation system sites and related documents, to build QinHuangDao Liujiang Geosites evaluation system for the application of fuzzy comprehensive method to judge the way through expert evaluation; (2) Through FuNing county statistics and survey data to analyze the status of local socio-economic system, clearly geoparks system coupled with the territorial relations, to find points of convergence between them to achiev positive interaction; (3) Put forward coordinated countermeasures of geopark and the society-economic system, for the National Geological Park in support of sustainable development and provide a theoretical and empirical arguments.Liujiang Geosites resources for quantitative evaluation has the results of the second grade--good and analysis of each target evaluation scores available Liujiang National Geopark Geosites types of resources, combined better and has higher value research. Through a questionnaire survey was informed that living of rural residents is in a lower standard, mining and processing industry to make only a small number of people benefit and not benefit of the majority of the population. Compare and analyze the exist Problem between of geopark and its territory, contradictions in protection and utilization of the Geopark has the fundamental reason is that it does not give the local government and residents to create income and is excluded from the economic and social life. And the local extensive economic growth mode and irrational industrial structure much-need to change and adjust. Based on the two questions of existence, put forward coordinated countermeasures of geopark and the society-economic system and put forward suggestions for the future of LiuJiang national Geopark.
