Effects Of Local Standard Development On The Economic Growth Quality

China has joined the WTO and has been integrated into the economic globalization. Now it is embarked on the road of the development of market economy and competition can not be avoided. The competition in the contemporary world market lies not only in the product and technology, but also in the patents and talents while the competition on standards is regarded as the most important competition. The authority of drawing up standards means the ability of initiative control power in the competition somehow. Being one of the standard categories in China and a supplement to the national standards and trade standards, regional standards are formulated to fit the vast territory, the different geographical condition and the different economic development level. In order to explore the role of regional standards in the economic development and clarify the importance of regional standards further on, it is necessary to study the relationship between regional standards and the growth quality of economy.Based on the basic theory of standardization, the quality of economic growth and the study on the literature review home and abroad, this paper takes Heilongjiang Province as an example. Firstly, a study is made on quality evaluation index system of the local standards. By questionnaires, the first-hand data is collected from the standardized workers, the weights of the various standards are determined by using AHP and the yearly local standard indexes of Heilongjiang Province are obtained. Secondly, the paper makes a research on the quality evaluation index system of the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province, and all the historical data of every index are collected. By analyzing the principal components, we get the quality index of the economic growth in Heilongjiang Province. Lastly, the article focuses on the pertinence of the local standards of Heilongjiang Province Amendment quantity and quality indexes with the economic growth quality respectively. The principal component regression equation is got.Through this study, the main conclusions are got in the following:(1) The quality index of the local standards in Heilongjiang Province is in direct ratio with the economic growth quality.(2) The quality and quantity of the local standards development directly reflect those of the regional economic growth.
