Study On The Evaluation Of Economic Growth Quality In Inner Mongolia

In the new era of China's economic development,the transition from quantitative to qualitative economic growth is the inevitable process of economic growth.Pointed out in the report to the nineteenth,promote the quality of economy development,must adhere to the princ iple of quality first,effic iency first,the quality change of economic growth,effic iency and power change.Inner Mongolia is a resource-based region.The development of coal resources and the development of coal mining industry have brought rapid economic growth.In 2002-2009,Inner Mongolia's economic growth rate was the first in eight consecutive years.But it also brings about serious damage to the ecological environment and economic structural imbalance.To maintain the sustained and healthy economic growth of Inner Mongolia,we need to continue to promote the rapid growth of the economy and improve the quality and effic iency of economic growth.Therefore,it is an important task to explore the path of improving the quality of economic growth in Inner Mongolia.On the basis of systematical analys is of relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of quality of economic growth.And based on the theory of economic growth theory,through building contains the structure of economic growth and stability,economic growth and welfare distribution changes of economic growth and economic growth,resource utilization and environmental cost four dimens ions of economic growth quality index system,using SPSS principal component analys is,to measure the quality index of economic growth in Inner Mongolia,and comparing with other resource-based province economic growth quality analys is.The results show that from the vertical time series comparison,the quality of economic growth in Inner Mongolia decreased year by year from 2000 to 2012,and showed a gentle upward trend after 2013.In the period from 2000 to 2012,compared with other resource-oriented provinces,the quality of economic growth of Inner Mongolia decreased year by year in resource-oriented regions.In order to accelerate the improvement of Inner Mongolia's economic growth quality,it is necessary to optimize the economic structure and transform the economic growth mode.To grasp the economic law and stabilize economic growth;We will raise people's incomes and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Improving the efficiency of production factors and improving the ecological environment.
