Coordination Of The Quality And The Efficiency Of Economic Growth In China

Economic growth is measured by certain indicators of the increase in total economic output. Generally, economic growth means a growth in the total economy; mainly refers to a country or region growth in GDP indicators and otherwise. It means a country or region's economic expansion in the scale and economic strength. Economic growth is the basic sources in the total social increase. Economic growth relates to the consolidation of the socialist system and contributes to the superiority of the social system. Economic growth is the basic way to a strategic goal of socialist modernization; economic growth is the need to achieve goal of socialist production; economic growth provides the material basis for economic reform to create a favorable macroeconomic environment.With the reforming of development approach, the quality and efficiency of economic growth have become a hot issue. Economic growth is no longer as the expansion of total economic output, but a comprehensive social phenomenon. It is reflected in the total economic growth, also includes the optimization of industrial structure, economic efficiency, rational use of resources and environmental and pollution control and other integration issues, which is a comprehensive social phenomenon.This paper defines comprehensive evaluation index system about the connotation of economic growth quality and efficiency, combined with the actual economic growth in China, established by the seven secondary targets, and 16 third indicators of economic growth quality, using cluster analysis, the principal component-cluster analysis and the improved grey correlation analysis method. The results show that:during 2001-2009, the quality and effectiveness of the annual economic growth in China have got better and better year by year. At present, the main problem in the development of China is the low efficiency of economic growth. We must take effective measures to ensure steady economic growth.
