Study On Strategy In International Project Negotiation Based On Game Theory And Genetic Algorithms

Negotiation is an important process in international project management.Game theory and genetic algorithm develop fast and apply more and more in social action research.The aim of this article is to do research in negotiation of international project management based on these scientific methods.After the introduction to international project management and these methods,this article focuses on following question:1.Price-negotiation,as negotiation's core,is one of the main topics of this article, and given a game theory equilibrium solution.Pointing on the bias of settled summation, the meaning and intension of discount factor has been given a deep discussion and a clear computational formula,and a price-negotiation strategy is suggested by meaning of chart.2.The non-complete information price-negotiation with ultimatum has been introduced,and then the intention of "cake of game" in international project negotiation and the party giving the ultimatum has been defined.Based on this,the equilibrium and its influential factors have been given.3.Negotiation among completers,which based more on opposite party's action, shows the concept of non-settled-summation.The advantage of game theory comparing to decision-make theory in settling this problem has been proved,and a case of negotiation among completers has been told and analyzed.4.The essence of deadlock in international project negotiation has been analyzed from the sight of game theory.At last,by a comprehensive deadlock-settling case,the usefulness of above has been approved. 5.Based on the introduction of common model of international project claim negotiation which used genetic algorithm,an advanced model is suggested,which is then proved to be more accurate and controllable.At the last of this article,a conclusion has been made,innovation pointed,and foresight given.
