The implement of dynamic process control dynamic have a decisive impact on the economy and social benefits of the project.At present,it is many problems in project management especially in project management of large construction project management in our country,the project management is an integrated and integration management process.Schedule,cost and quality are elements of project management, which are important project management.Schedule and cost control become core content of project management under the condition that the quality has satisfied project demand.This paper introduced the parameter of process control----generalization process index(GPI),the gray Markov prediction model is established to predict the project process based on the value of plan and actual GPI of large-scale construction project; the Markov trait of monthly generalization process index is discussed,according the plan generalization process index in a practical project as the original data,divided these values into a finite number of state,the of state transition matrix established,the model of Markov computer simulation is established to predict the project process,the forecasts of the state transition are realized in using of the language of MATLAB.And predict the project duration according to the predictive value of the process with the Monte Carlo simulation,the project duration risk is shown macroscopically according to the distribution of forecast duration;Followed by the introduction of earned value management method for schedule-cost control,detailed the basic parameters of earned value management method,as well as the deviation analysis and forecasting methods of the schedule-cost,analyzed and summarized the limitations of earned value method in its application;for the metallurgical characteristics of large-scale projects,on the basis of work classification of generalization process index,proposed to use matrix to indicate the amount of works based on the classification number of actual projects,after get the monthly work matrix,added up related costs and got the cost matrix corresponding to work matrix,So that project managers took into account the cost when they carried out the schedule control,made the schedule and costs of joint control,in order to provide a reference for the adjustment of schedule plan;analyzed the deviation of schedule and cost of each month based on the earned value principle,got the deviation curve of schedule and cost of each month,analyzed development trend of schedule and cost in line with the deviation curve,and take advantage of the triangular distribution of work and cost,using Monte Carlo method to predict the schedule and cost.
