Company C is process system leader to provide completed solution for engineering plastic, service, main cooperated customers are global famous engineering plastic producer. With rapid development of global auto etc. industries, modified engineering plastic requirement are increasing day by day. Most companies enlarge production capacity in succession. It will require new lines construction within shortest period. Accordingly company C innovated MTS project management, whereby core equipment are assembled into modules, to reduce installation time greatly at site. DP Sonic project is the important strategic cooperated one for company C. Through project experience and lessons, when execution, expecting effective control with standing on view point of the owner, to efficiently control both dynamic management factors with constantly changing for schedule and cost in different project stages.As I do the research for this paper, I consult and study a lot of research material by domestic and foreign scholars. Combining the project features and practical application, especially to focus on two level EVM applied for engineering design & equipment procurement phase, critical path of EVM applied for whole stage, quality EVM applied for site installation phase, in order to provide effective method and reference process of cost-schedule control for fulture.First take DP Sonic project engineering & procurement phase as case study, combining actual status of this project stage, to carry out WBS and calculate actual cost and schedule for each sub project, apply two level EVM to analyze the deviation between actual and plan and take corrective measures, in the end achieved good control effect.Secondly taking the whole stage of DP Sonic project as a case, combining actual status, apply critical path of EVM to monitor running status, fix the critical path, analyze the deviation in critical path and accordingly take corrective measures, finally summarize the application process of critical path of EVM at whole stage. Finally installation phase of DP Sonic project as case study, combining actual status, set up quality EVM, evaluate the influencing factor and assign different weight, introducing quality index to calculate quality EVM, then analyze the deviation and take corrective measures, forming project management with integration of cost, schedule and quality.
