Rearch And Design Of Financial Module Study Of Performance Evaluation System Of Thermal Power Enterprises In China

Electricity is the basic industry of the national economy. The effective financial evaluation on thermoelectricity enterprises is an important mean and basic work to improve operation and circumvent risks. Generally, the financial evaluation of thermoelectricity project investment refers to an assessment process,which is the investment institution conducts a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on financial and social benefits and other relevant content of a project, to make decisions on whether to grant investment or loans support, by using scientific methods and means, according to the relevant policies, laws and regulations, methods and parameters. At present,the benefit evaluation of thermoelectricity generation project investment are mostly using manual means, inefficiently; the risk prediction about kinds of key financial indicators tend to depend on experience, with the result that investment projects have not achieved the desired economic benefits. To carry out economic evaluation of thermoelectricity investment projects scientifically, to analyse and demonstrate financial feasibility and economic rationality of the project, and to provide a reliable basis for project decision-making, it is important that thermoelectricity enterprises invest in research and design of financial module.According to the development characteristics of thermoelectricity industry, this paper analyse the current characteristics of financial evaluation on thermoelectricity enterprises and the development situation that computers evaluate financial module, based on a comprehensive reading and research on the theory and related literature about investment benefit evaluation.Then do the following researches:1,this paper has highlighted the necessity and significance of the benefit evaluation on thermoelectricity enterprise investment, reconstructed the indicator system of financial evaluation according to the industrially specific flows and parameters,and given the detailed demand analysis, from the real needs of benefit evaluation of thermoelectricity enterprise investment,taking the theory system of investment financial evaluation formed at home and abroad as a starting point.2,the paper has designed the financial evaluation module of thermoelectricity enterprises, and carried out comprehensive analysis, summary and simulation on data,by analysing business flow and data flow, and according to the actual characteristics of the enterprises. Meanwhile, the actual operation of financial module has been tested.3,to reflect the practicality of research results, the paper has carried out a demonstrable research by taking Inner Mongolia DH generate electricity Co., Ltd as an example, to verify the real value of the designed financial evaluation module of thermoelectricity enterprises.This paper provides a new progress for the existing financial evaluation system of thermoelectricity enterprise investment,not only to enable investors to grasp the actual operation situation more detailedly, but also to simulate future more clearly, so as to provide a reliable basis for decision-making of the projects.
