Research On Construction Accidental Injury Insurance And The Risk Control Of Construction Safety

Construction accidental injury insurance is a control method of construction safety accident for the aim of accidental injury prevention, compensation, and injury rehabilitation, which is the most effective means of risk management in many contries, and is a new kind of insurance launched by the insurance enterprise one after the other. In 1990's, the construction accidental injury insurance has begun prompting in our country. Some fruit has been obtained, but there is still some problem in the system, particularly the prevention effect has not been reflected, so it has important theoretical significance and applied value to study the construction accidental injury insurance and the theory and methods of the risk control of construction safety.The main expositions of this paper are basic content, implementation, problems comments and suggestions of construction accidental injury insurance. First safety management and construction accidental injury insurance system and the status of research both home and abroad, and the related content of construction accidental injury insurance are introduced. Through expert interviews, questionnaire surveys and expert meeting, the status of construction accidental injury insurance is studied, and some problems are finded including security and technical services is not done, and rate mechanism is not flexible, then analysed from the market, insurance enterprise and the building administrative departments, and recommendations for improvement are suggested which are followings: insurance floating rate mechanism linked to accidentalthe rate and the situation of safety management of construction enterprise, and compensation mechanism linked to the status of the safety task and the situation of safety management of construction enterprise. The new model of construction accidental injury insurance compared with the experience of developed countries is explored.Finally, specific measures for safety education and training and risk control of construction site contraposing the security and technical services of insurance enterprise is proposed, to improve the standards of security and technical services of the insurance enterprise.
