Web2.0 is a large-scale universal Internet application,which is developed by Internet Technology to a certain stage and is the effective combination of technology and demand.The features of Web2.0 are personalized,without Center,and interactive.These features of Web2.0 promoted the development of marketing theory, makes the marketing ideas from product-oriented to customer-oriented.Nowadays,the Internet has developed to the Web2.0 Era,it makes the network applications to be increasing,and the network marketing modes has become wider, which includes:Blog Marketing,Pod Cast Marketing,RSS marketing,SNS Marketing, Advertising Creative Marketing,Word-of-Mouth Marketing,Experiential Marketing, Fun Marketing,Knowledge Marketing,Integrated Marketing and Event Marketing.We should have a deep understanding of these network marketing strategies and widely use them to the product promotion and brand building with our own resources.One of the most important significant network events of 2008 is the population of Happy Network among white-collar workers.Through just one year running,Happy Network develops quickly;it won the rank of "the No.1 Chinese comprehensive Personals Website" and brings up a classic case of viral marketing.In this paper,it summarizes the successful Happy Viral Marketing Network and describes the Viral Marketing Media and the five steps of spreading Viral Marketing.This paper analyzes the 4P,4C and 4R marketing theories.Then shows the new network marketing theory of Web2.0 era- Precision Marketing which was developed from the theory of 4P.The Precision Marketing is based on the accurate positioning, through the way of building up modern information technology and personalized customer communication service systems that can help enterprises measure the achievement by low-cost expansion.Precision Marketing carries out the fundamental customer-oriented principles and realizes the theoretical innovation of philosophy, technology compared with traditional marketing.Research on the theory of Web2.0,Web2.0 technologies and the network marketing model of Web 2.0,the paper point out that the Internet,Online Marketing has become a decisive means in business.Companies should take Network marketing into effect,the network marketing can success its brand quickly and effective management on the network marketing is the guarantee of brand.
