Mineral industry is the basic industry of national economic development.In particular,our country at such a vast territory and abundant resources,resources are very rich in developing countries,mining industry for the rapid development of China's economic and overall social progress and of great significance.Mineral industry required the development of excellent human resources to mine.At present,however, China's mining industry and 30 years of age significantly less professional and technical personnel,and highly educated young professional and technical personnel is extremely short.At the same time,a number of mining units to substantial loss of the top technology backbone.The loss of key personnel working on the impact of Geology and Mineral Resources are deadly,not only affected the continuity of the work of geological prospecting,but also the overall geology of the work units were affected.This article studies at home and abroad on the basis of literature review,combined with our country to the actual mining industry,mining industry personnel pointed out to the existing incentive mechanism problem:lack of operating expenses;personnel management model obsolete;performance appraisal vague formal assessment process; pay the average distribution,and lack of vitality;technical personnel training and training problems.At the basis of this study is proposed in this paper to improve the mining industry incentive mechanism.In short,be able to improve the incentive mechanism to ensure the stable development of qualified personnel,thus the stability of the entire construction industry to provide human resources and support.
