Currently the domestic industrial sector becoming increasingly intensified, the company faces more and more increasingly complex problems and challenges in the competitive market. With the continuous development of China economy, a huge market opportunity lies ahead. In such a big market background, it's significantly more important how to adapt to China's market environment, and establish a strong and efficient network of sales channels.In this paper, by analyzing the basic theory of marketing channels combined the characteristics of industry products sales and the actual case of Actaris, it explores the issues the industrial enterprises are facing in the selection, establishment and management of sales channel mode. Hope that is of some helps for the industrial enterprises to make the channel management policy.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part focuses on the theoretical knowledge related sales channels. First of all, clear the concepts of the marketing channels and functions, and according to the research results of Mr. Stern and other scholars, give the design model of sales channels. After that, introduce the day-to-day management of sales channels and the theoretical knowledge of sales policies. Finally, illustrate the status of sales channels on the specificity of the industrial sector.In the second part, give a comprehensive analysis of markets and channels of Actaris. Firstly, introduce Actaris' history, business development, the basic situation and its industry. And then, analyze the detailed Actaris' customers, competitors and Actaris' advantages and disadvantages in all respects. Finally, elaborate and analyze the current issues of Actaris sales channels.Based on the previous two parts, the third part provide the solutions on Actaris sales channel, establish three basic principles and "two runs on foot" strategy, and carry out a detailed strategic plan for each market area. Finally, it carries out a feasibility analysis and the program review for the effect of initial implementation on this solution.In an increasingly competitive situation, it's a serious problem how to occupy a tiny space in the market. Through Actaris case and based on a full analysis of the environment that they faced, the article gives its own opinion, a relatively feasible ideas and solution.Because this article mainly focuses on research strategy for the Chinese market channels, it doesn't involve in the theory of international distribution channels. At the same time, this article doesn't analyze the logistics management and information management issues in marketing channels, which remains to be further research and explore!...
