Study Of Arrival Flight Scheduling Optimizing Based On Delay Cost

The main purpose of flight scheduling research is making the flight land in a curtain order,so that the passenger can pass out the airport conveniently, various ground work can be done smoothly and the production in civil aviation can be finished successfully.Flight scheduling problem has the direct influence on the efficiency of the airport and the airliner.And it involves which the schedule of flights the quantity of flights,the type of flights from the airliner side and the runway,the taxiway,the gate from the airport side.Unreasonable flight scheduling results in waiting, hustle and lots of cost for the delay,and has influence on the routine operation of the airport and the airliner.Therefore,flight scheduling research has a practical value for us.This thesis studies the flight scheduling problem on the basis of existing models of flight scheduling,builds up the static and dynamic models of the flight scheduling with the objective function of delay cost according to the characteristic of the flights and the thinking of local optimization and global.This model not only reduces the cost for the delay but also considers the justice between various flights through the bringing of Maximal Allowed Delay Time,and the delay time for all flights can not exceed this Maximal Allowed Delay Time.There will produce different scheduling plans because of different Maximal Allowed Delay Times.I choose the Filtered Beam Search algorithm when the model is solved and make use of actual data of capital international airport to analyze and validate the feasibility of the model and algorithm.
