Corporate values are the key factor of impacting the improvement of the corporation. It has been recognized by the management field and corporation field. And the corporate cohesiveness is the cooperation of the employees and the attraction of the corporation for the employees, all these has the basis of the common idea, cognition, belief, attitude and sensibilities of the corporate employees. The function of the corporate values is advancing such common mentation and boosting the level of the corporate cohesiveness. Molding a corporate values which is good for enhance the corporate cohesiveness can play an important role in the long time business and improvement of the corporation.This paper's research is based on the domestic and overseas research of the corporate values and corporate cohesiveness, and combines with the background of the domestic corporations, analyses the values characteristic and cohesiveness levels of the state corporations and private corporations, and does the correlation analysis for these two, with the cut-in point of corporate values, proposes some advice to enhance the corporate cohesiveness.Through the demonstration diagnoses, the research educes the following results:1.There are four kinds of corporate values: social values, organization values, client values and employee values. And the corporation nowadays usually pays more attention to the social values and organization values.2.Different kinds corporations have large differences in organization values, client values and employee values,and no differences in social values.3.There are two kinds of corporate cohesiveness: human cohesiveness and assignment cohesiveness.4.There are differences in cohesiveness for different kinds of corporations, the human cohesiveness,assignment cohesiveness and overall cohesion level of the private corporations is higher than that of the state corporations.5.The human cohesiveness is positive correlation with the social values, organization values, client values and employee values, especially marked correlation with the client values and employee values.6.The assignment cohesiveness is positive correlation with the organization values, client values and employee values, especially marked correlation with the employee values, negative correlation with the social values.7.The corporate values and corporate cohesiveness presents significant correlation coherence.8.The coherence degree of values is marked positive correlation with the human cohesiveness and assignment cohesiveness.This research proposes some advises to enhance the corporate cohesiveness based on the results of the correlation research on the corporate values and corporate cohesiveness, mainly including: Social value system,Organization value system,Customer value system,Employee value system.
