Study On The Mode Of Collaborative Innovation In Supply Chain

Life cycle of product and technology are increasingly reduced, the spillover effect of new technology is expanding in the era of knowledge economy. A growing number of enterprises find that it's not enough to keep the market competitive advantage only by good production efficiency and good quality, innovation is increasingly becoming the inexhaustible source and power of enterprise's survival and development. Enterprises which are in supply chain are necessary to implement collaborative innovation because of the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the finite resources available. Enterprises which are in supply chain can give full play to their strengths, reduce the cost of the products and increase the overall supply chain gains by collaborative innovation. So collaborative innovation in supply chain is very important to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises and the supply chain.Firstly, on the basis of research and literature, the related theories of collaborative innovation in supply chain are analyzed, including enterprise innovation management, collaboration management in supply chain and cooperative innovation. The problems of cooperative innovation in supply chain are also analyzed.Secondly, the concept and operation process of collaborative innovation in supply chain are put forward, it includes all the member enterprises in supply chain, who collaboratively innovate in design, manufacturing, transport, distribution, retail of products. The advantages and difficulties of collaborative innovation in supply chain are analyzed. And implement strategies of collaborative innovation in supply chain are indicated.Thirdly, in a supply chain composed of one supplier, one manufacturer and one retailer, the mode of collaborative innovation in supply chain is found, the decision process of three-party's non-collaborative innovation, two-party's collaborative innovation and three-party's collaborative innovation in supply chain are analyzed, and total benefit of supply chain, an amount invested of innovation and sales of product are compared in the three states. And shapley value algorithm is used to resolve the problem of benefit allocation of three-party's collaborative innovation, which is aimed to stimulate enterprise's enthusiasm of collaborative innovation in supply chain. Lastly, in a supply chain composed of one supplier, one manufacturer and one retailer, the mode of collaborative innovation in supply chain with vertical spillovers is found, the decision process of three-party's non-collaborative innovation and three-party's collaborative innovation in supply chain with vertical spillovers are analyzed, and total benefit of supply chain, an amount invested of innovation and output of product are compared in the two states. And the effects that vertical spillovers of innovation and innovation coefficient have on total benefit of supply chain, an amount invested of innovation and output of product are analyzed.
