Research On The Coordination And Benefit Allocation Of Fresh Agricultural Products Dual-Channel Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the internet,the E-business has been applied in the retail industry widely and it has promoted the formation of a new dual-channel supply chain model greatly.While the National Consumption Level is increasing nowadays,the fresh agriculture products have become the indispensable commodities in daily consumption.So the customers' demand of delivery time and fresh degree for fresh agriculture products is improving continuously.In order to ensure the customers'satisfaction and maintain the service quality,the fresh E-business is causing the channel transfer,while operation costa remain high.Therefore,it has caused the demand of fresh agricultural products for two-channel supply chain cooperation mode.Moreover,how to formulate the coordination mechanism and benefit allocation model of dual channel supply chain has become the key to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the cooperation model of the dual channel supply chain.Thus,it has great significance in theory and practice to research the cooperation and benefit allocation of the fresh agriculture products combining the features of fresh agriculture products.Based on the premise of profitability and the aim of maximizing profits in dual channel supply chain,and starting from the diversified consumption demand and the characteristics of fresh agricultural products and considering the status and weight of the participants to analyze the coordination mechanism and the benefit allocation model with the PSO algorithm.Lastly,selecting Jing Dong Dao Jiao and Yong Hui supermarket as the research objects,it simulates the benefits allocation modes and the algorithm to verify the applicability ad validity of the model.This paper innovates the scenario of the dual-channel supply chain cooperation mode and optimizes the benefit allocation scheme of the dual channel supply chain on the base of the fresh agriculture products' features.The research shows that the total profit under the cooperative mode of fresh agricultural products is always greater than that under the independent operation mode.And when the new cooperation profits for each subject has met a certain proportion of allocation,it is existed that the possibility of both sides choosing cooperative operation at the same time.Therefore,determining a reasonable profit allocation ratio is the key to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the two-channel supply chain cooperation mode.
