The Influence Mechanism Of Collaborative Supply Chain Innovation On The Sustainable Supply Chain Performance

With the development of economy,China's manufacturing has swept the world.Now,China has an irreplaceable position in the global supply chain.With huge profits in the economy,China's social and environmental problems in the supply chain management have become increasingly prominent.How t o effectively improve the performance level of sustainable supply chain has become an important practical problem in supply chain management.In addition to relying on the government to formulate relevant policies and regulations to constrain the supply chain enterprises,through collaborative innovation mechanism to improve the level of sustainable performance has become a new direction for the future supply chain development.Innovation is an important competitive advantage in supply chain.Collaborative innovation can make the upper and lower node enterprises working effectively.Through the collaborative,it can improve the level of knowledge,technical and management.Value of products and services could be created effectively,alternative products and materials technology which are friendly to environment could be found,the effective way to take social responsibility could be created,all these can improve the performance level of the sustainable supply chain.Therefore,exploring how the collaborative innovation mechanism influence on the sustainable performance of supply chain can help enterprises improve the supply chain's economic,environmental and social performance through collaborative innovation mechanism better.The paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the future development of supply chain management.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Studyed with literatures about collaborative innovation capability and supply chain performance,the paper summed up the current lack of these literature with their relationship.Based on the present poor situation of low level performance in supply chain management,the paper proposed path hypothesis of the influence collaborative innovation on sustainable supply chain performance.(2)Based on the domestic and foreign mature scale,combined with the purpose of this paper,the author has compiled the supply chain collaborative innovation capability scale and the sustainable supply chain performance measurement scale.After twice qualitative modification,according to the results of the small sample test,the questionnaire is modified quantitatively.Then the items that do not meet the requirements are deleted,and the reliability and validity of the scale are guaranteed.(3)Through the analysis of the reliability and validity of the large sample data,the AMOS software is used to verify the theoretical model.After a number of amendments,the final theoretical model can be obtained.(4)According to the relevant conclusions of the study,from the supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation,technology innovation and management innovation perspective,the paper proposed the advice and recommendations which are good to improving sustainable supply chain economic,environmental and social performance.Eventually it enriches the research of sustainable supply chain management.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)there is a correlation between supply chain knowledge innovation,technological innovation and management innovation.(2)supply chain collaborative management innovation has a positive effect on sustainable supply chain economic performance.(3)supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation,technological innovation and management innovation have positive effects on sustainable supply chain environmental performance.(4)supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation and management innovation have positive effects on sustainable supply chain social performance.The innovations of this paper are as fol lows:(1)Based on the related research,this paper defines the connotation of collaborative innovation ability from the perspective of supply chain,which includes the following dimensions: collaborative knowledge innovation,technological innovation and management innovation.(2)On the basis of economic performance,the performance of the supply chain management is increased with environmental protection and social responsibility performance.(3)Through structural equation model,the paper explores the effect collaborative innovation on sustainable supply chain performance,finding out the ways to improve the sustainable supply chain performance from the perspective of collaborative innovation ability.
