From Margin To Center: Farmers' Moving To City And Village Shifting

"The issue for agriculture and rural,as well as farmer" was mainly indicated as agricultural production in the past,however,today a way should be found from industrialization,urbanization and marketization.promoting the industrialization and urbanization,a large number of agricultural population shifting to non-agricultural industries,reforming the urban-rural economic structure gradually are common principles in various industrialized countries up to date.Farmers' moving to cities actually was a development history of vary institution about free migration and employment right as well as many other rights following with farmers moving to cities.this paper describles the historical process of farmers' moving to cities in the planning economy period,the transition period and now the socialistic market economy,and along with the continious reformation of government policy.Farmers' imigrating to cities is affected by many factors,this article begins from the motivation of farmers' moving to cities,and study how traditional farmers move to cities step by step.together with their imgrating to cities,they are facing many difficulties,such as reemployment,housing,education of children and social welfare.those issues are also met in the process of urbanization in our country which need to be solved harmoniously by coordinated action of our country,government and farmers.
