Equipment is essential factors of production and physical assets,and it's also a measure of the development of enterprise-scale management of capacity and modernization of the main signs.Equipment management and maintenance work is the prerequisite and basis for the production of safe,clean,civilized,and the important component of the QEHS(quality, environment,occupational health and safety) management system,is to ensure the effective protection of the quality of products,but also the process of total quality management,one of the necessary means to control.At present,the prevalence of corporate structure is irrational as a result of inventory caused by the backlog of inventory,waste of money,but inventory management is a very complex and difficult.Inventory management in the process,neither want to share too much liquidity,do not want a shortage of spare parts,affecting the timely repair of equipment;the damaged parts at the same time the law of the law and order.Can not be accurate and timely manner,and thus to the rational design of structure model inventory difficult.Device management software in effect in the spare parts management,the general is just out of the database storage management,data can be completed,forms to generate and control inventory, but the stock structure of this economic rationality,it also can do nothing to help can not answer.Stock genuine spare parts should be incorporated into the management process,it is necessary to study while in the side to find out the laws,while the idea of entering the model, so that a gradual and transparent structure for spare parts inventory.In fact,the whole process of spare parts management spare parts for damage that is the law,the law orders the gradual transparency,stock structure of the gradual process of economic rationalization.Science spare parts management,spare parts inventory to optimize the structure,reduce spare parts inventory usage of funds to reduce the consumption of spare parts,spare parts procurement to reduce costs and maximize life cycle cost of spare parts for most purposes.For enterprises to reduce equipment maintenance costs and a comprehensive spare parts,equipment maintenance and management to achieve maximum benefit a very important practical significance.At present,domestic and foreign spare parts management for the quantitative study of the use of analytical decision-making approach.This method can effectively solve many of these issues,but,due to factors related to spare parts management system,and analytical method is often done a lot of assumptions and simplified.In addition,in some cases,if horizontal transfer,the grass-roots level are very different from stocks,etc.,the existing analytical methods can not solve these problems now.Therefore,we use the residual life prediction system for the maintenance and management studies with a view to a more comprehensive spare parts management solution to the major problems encountered.The main characteristic parameters of the tracking rule is to choose the best position to reflect the technical state of equipment condition monitoring parameters as technical indicators,in accordance with its development trends and the achievement of predetermined limits predict the residual life of equipment,according to the mathematical methods used in different characteristic parameters of the tracking Law can be divided into four kinds:curve fitting,time series modeling method parameters,the method based on gray theory,based on artificial neural network approach.In this paper,commonly used in fault diagnosis and residual life prediction method and the advantages and disadvantages of mining the scope of application of metallurgical enterprises,and ultimately the use of trend analysis tool used to establish a state based on the detection of residual life prediction model to create a typical mine metallurgical enterprises of spare parts management model.
