With the continuous growth of the global population and income,the demand for fossil energy,especially petrochemical products,continues to increase worldwide.With the rapid development of the refining industry,the catalytic cracking catalyst industry,which is one of the cores of refinery,has also experienced rapid development in the past decade.However,there are three major problems in the equipment management of the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Catalyst Factory: First,the cost-effectiveness of the entire life cycle management of equipment and facilities is not strong;Second,the equipment failure rate is high,and the equipment support ability is weak;Third,the site management efficiency is too low.This article takes the Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Catalyst Factory as the research object.First of all,the status quo of the equipment management of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company Catalyst Factory was analyzed.The main reasons for the three major problems are: In the current management system,there is a lack of management in the cost distribution mode,technology upgrade management,equipment procurement and material inventory management;there are drawbacks in related transactions with maintenance units,key/sole equipment maintenance strategies,general equipment management,in the development of equipment and other aspects;in the site management,there are problems such as excessively high managerial focus,single incentives,passive management of “parents & nannies,” and low compliance costs.Secondly,targeted optimization management design for the factory's equipment management system: design of "project reservoir",model library of superior equipment,short list of suppliers of advantageous equipment,list inventory management,and preparation of standard technologies Management optimization schemes such as protocol templates;reconstructing fault management models and optimizing the relationship model with maintenance units;designing a guided management model,establishing a “profit center” centered on operation group,intensifying operation group's mobility,and changing Incentive methods to lead the operation group into the "all-person self-management" mode.Third,plans for the implementation of optimization plans and safeguard measures were planned.Through the establishment of high-level leadership,talent selection,propaganda and mobilization,corporate culture building,pilot first,node control and evaluation and other ways to ensure the implementation of management optimization programs and results.This paper sorts out the existing management systems and management processes,explores individualized incentive systems,optimizes the equipment management system with the characteristics of catalyst equipment,which helps to reduce the plant's equipment management costs and improve the integration of production facilities.Operational efficiency improves the long-term operation level of the equipment and improves the on-site management level and management efficiency of the equipment.In addition,the research of this thesis has positive reference significance for improving the equipment management of cracking catalyst preparation industry and petrochemical industry or enterprise in China.
